Services that are scheduled on the website may be canceled up to one (1) hour in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Refund Policy for Payments Made Online
This Refund Policy applies to online payments made for services listed on the Fresh Cuts on Midvale website using our “Book Now” feature.
You are entitled to a 100% refund if you cancel a prepaid appointment for any reason prior to your appointment and we have not delivered your services. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your credit card/bank account, depending on the financial institution.
Once services are rendered, no refunds are issued.
